Meet the Team at Fire Service Plus
Steve Caunt - Co-Director
Steve is responsible for the overall running of the businesses. Starting the business in 1997, steve has changed the way inwhich the fire industry goes about its business. Being first to employ female service techs, present colourful vans, bright uniforms, glossy brochures, but most importantly, speedy service, and great customer relations.

Dee-Ann Caunt - Co-Director
Dee deals with the pays and in house accountancy matters. A director of the company Dee has been involved in the business since its inception.
Charlie Ottens - Fixed Operations Manager
Charlie has been in the Fire Business for 30 years, of late charlie left the hussle and bussle of Sydney to start with FSP. Charlie has been at the company now since the beginning of 2010.

Steven Prestons - Fire Protection Manager
Presto has been With FSP since 2007, he is intrumental with customer service, arranging the employee work loads, quoting and looking after the stock levels of the electrical department. Steven is responsible for 3 Electrical Tradesman, and 1 apprentice.

Troy Butler - Workshop Manager / Service Manager
Troy is our workshop foreman, in charge of co-ordinating the refilling, reconditioning and support to the extinguisher techs. Troy formerly a Field Tech keeps the place clean handles freight management and imports imports. Troy has been with the company since 2005.

Daniela Carey - Office Manageress / Accounts Payable
Daniela is a former real estate agent, that wanted a change. Daniela is incharge of the simPRO Software Rollout. Daniela is our money lady, in charge of accounts and customer enquiries re invoicing. Daniela started with the company in 2006 and is responsible for the Office Staff.

Kerren Currie - Strata Liason and FSS Completion
Kerren works close with all Strata sites and associated tasks including appointments, data entry, customer service. Kerren also performs the duties of Fire Safety Statements for the total company.

Kerry Bensley - Goulburn Branch
Kerry is our Local service tech, co-ordinates the crew in goulburn, keeps the customers happy and liases with Head Office for quotes and stock supplies. Kerry joined the company in 2004 with the goulburn fire aquisition.
Paul Ward - Batemans Bay Manager
Paul joined the company in 2007, after finishing a caretakers job in Batemans Bay. Paul is loving his new carreer, and is charged with making sure the Batemans Bay branch grows, and the customers are happy.
